Groundworks and foundations, structure, envelope, M&E, joinery and finishes, most of it by our own people, with specialist trades where the design needs them. On a certified house every layer has to perform, so we build to the certification detail and the manufacturer’s system rather than a generic spec. Where a detail can’t be bought, we template it and make it.
