Scope of Work
Not every facilities request is a building. MLG installed a replica giraffe at the Crescent Centre in Bristol for G & H Maintenance, on behalf of CEG.

Challenges & Constraints
An unusual object
A replica giraffe is not a standard facilities item, so there was no off-the-shelf way of lifting it, positioning it and holding it in place.
A live office site
The installation was at the Crescent Centre, a working office building, so the area had to be cleared and made safe before anything was moved.
Stable and well placed
The giraffe had to be both structurally secure and correctly placed, so alignment and levelling mattered as much as the fixing.

Conclusion
