Where you appoint us as Principal Contractor on a higher-risk building we carry the dutyholder responsibilities, with named individuals assessed against the competence standards. Our own Resident Liaison Officers knock on doors, answer questions and keep vulnerable residents informed while it happens.

Full remediation and recladding, worked from a competent appraisal of the external wall and a fire strategy owned by a qualified fire engineer.

Balcony, structural and concrete repair

Structural and concrete repair, waterproofing and finishes to balconies and occupied blocks, including warranted systems.

Communal areas, entrances and stairs

Shared spaces refurbished while residents keep using them.

Fire doors, surveys and compartmentation

Fire door surveys and replacement, plus fire stopping and compartmentation to flat entrances, risers and communal routes.

Failing single-ply on a block of flats replaced, and balconies given the durable finish the client asked for.

Overstone Court, Cardiff Bay – Five-Block Facade Remediation

Principal Contractor on a £2.59m facade remediation. Five blocks, HPL stripped from twelve storeys, and residents in their homes throughout.

Oatley House, Bristol – Grade II Listed Roof Refurbishment

650 m² of failing asphalt replaced over an occupied Grade II listed care home of 70 apartments. Highly Commended at the LRWA Awards 2026.
