We are usually appointed early, often at concept stage, to advise what the fabric will tolerate and which surveys it needs before anyone commits to a method. Then we deliver it, fabric repair, restoration, roofing, stonework and leadwork, plus the modern upgrades that have to sit inside a historic building without harming it. Where original detail can’t be bought we template it, machine it and remake it to match.

Reactive roof repairs at Paddington by rope access, no scaffold, no disruption to the station below.

Newport – Heritage Simulated Lead Roof

A lead roof replaced with a Polyroof simulated lead finish, approved by the local heritage authority.
