Scope of Work
Comprehensive refurbishment of the car park at Parc Plaza Retail Park in Bridgend, covering both the design and the installation of new drainage. MLG acted as principal contractor. The work revitalised a 3,000 m² area and gave the facility a substantial upgrade.

A live retail park
The car park serves a trading retail park, so it could not be taken out of use while it was refurbished.
Drainage, not surface
Drainage was the underlying problem rather than the surface, which meant the job had to be designed as well as built.
A resurface would fail
Relaying the surface on its own would have failed again, because the cause of the water problem would have stayed where it was.
